Prepare the Package
Place the item in its original box with all included accessories and manuals, ensuring the device is factory reset and unlocked.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technicians inspect the returned device, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
